Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Implementation Statuses; and click the Add icon 
You can add a project implementation status on the Add Project Implementation Status page.
To add a new project implementation status, fill in the following fields:
The required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).
Implementation Status ID*: The ID of the implementation status and it must be unique.
Implementation Status Name*: The name of the implementation status and it must be unique.
Click the Save button to add the new implementation status. The system will then go to the Browse Project Implementation Statuses page.
Click the Cancel button to abort the inputs and return to the Browse Project Implementation Statuses page.
