Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Service Departments; and click the Add icon
You can add an Service Department on the Add Service Department page.
To add an Service Department, fill in the following fields:
The required fields are notice with an asterisk (*).
Service Department ID*: The ID of the Service Department and it must be unique.
Service Department Name*: The name of the Service Department and it must be unique.
Notes: The description of the Service Department.
Click the Save button to add the new Service Department. The system will then go to the Browse Service Departments page.
Click the Cancel button to clear the latest inputs. The system will go back to Browse Service Department page.
