Navigate Here: Utilities > Audit Trails > Click the View Audit Trail link
You can view the audit trail by functions on the Audit Trails for Function page.
You can quickly find the audit trail records you want by using the search function. Enter search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button. The audit trail records will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions. Click the Reset button to clear the search conditions.
The table shows the records of each transaction for a function. The change information includes:
Data Modified In: The page where the changes are made.
Changed By: The user who made the changes.
Changed Time: The time when the user made the changes.
Operating Type: The type of changes made. There are three operating types: Insert, Update and Delete.
Changed Record: Lists all the changed data of the function.
You may sort the audit trail records by clicking the linked column headers. If there are too many records to display in one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page.
Click the View Audit Trail link of one of the records and the system will open the Audit Trail for Record page of the selected item.
