When GIS in CIPAce is first launched, you will see the following components by default.
❖A Map that displays map features, business features and the base map.
❖A Function Panel, located at the top left corner, that contains all major functions of the GIS application.
❖A Map Operator section, located at the bottom right corner, that contains map operators, a scale ruler and a Home button.
