Scoping

Project Scoping is the process by which project details can be entered by subject experts and then submitted for evaluation to the proper authority.  For example, one or more supervisors can assign projects to different engineers to estimate cost.  After receiving the assignment, an engineer can estimate cost online for different types of projects following pre-defined templates.
