Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Issue Types; and click the Add icon
You can add an issue type on the Add Issue Type page.
To add an issue type, fill in the following fields:
The required fields noted with an asterisk (*).
Issues Type ID*: The ID of the issue type and it must be unique.
Issue Type Name*: The name of the issue type and it must be unique.
Description: Description of the issue type.
Click the Save button to add the new issue type. The system will then open the Browse Issue Types page.
Click the Cancel button to abort the inputs and return to the Browse Issue Types page
