Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Issue Types; and click on an issue type
You can view, edit, or delete an issue type on the Issue Type Management page.
Click the Save button to save the changes. The system will then go to the Browse Issue Types page.
Click the Delete button to delete the issue type. An issue type cannot be deleted if it is in use.
Click the Cancel button to abort the input. The system will then go to the Browse Issue Types page.
