Navigate Here: Utilities > Custom Field Management > Browse Entities > Click the Browse Forrns link in the Edit Form column of an entity
You can browse all entities on the Browse Forms page.
A brief summary of each entity displays in the table. The summary includes Form Name and Edit Form.
Click the Edit Form link to open the Form Editor to edit the page layout of the selected form.
