Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Issue Priorities
You can browse all the issue priorities on the Browse Issue Priorities page.
You can quickly find the issue priorities you want by using the search function. Enter search condition in the search field and click the Search button. The issue priorities will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions. And click the Reset button to clear the latest input.
Click the Issue Priority Name, Description, or the Edit icon 
of one of the records and the system will open the Issue Priority Management page for the selected item.
Click the Delete icon 
to delete an issue type.
Click the Add icon 
and the system will go to the Add Issue Priority page.
