Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Issue Priorities; and click the Add icon
You can add an issue type on the Add Issue Priority page.
To add an issue priority, fill in the following fields:
The required fields noted with an asterisk (*).
Issue Priority Name*: The name of the issue priority and it must be unique.
Description: Description of the issue priority.
Click the Save button to add the new issue priority. The system will then open the Browse Issue Priorities page.
Click the Reset button to clear the latest input.
