Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Issue Priorities; and click on an issue priority
You can view, edit, or delete an issue priority on the Issue Priority Management page.
Click the Save button to save the changes.
Click the Delete button to delete the issue priority. An issue priority cannot be deleted if it is in use.
Click the Reset button to clear the latest changes.
