You can browse all data access rights control configurations on the Configure Data Access Rights Control page.
A brief summary of each configuration displays in the table. The summary includes Entity, Item Name, Function Name and Module Name. You can sort the configurations by clicking the linked column headers. If there are too many records to display in one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page, or you may increase the number of records per page.
You can quickly find the configurations you want by using the search function. Enter search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button. The configurations will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions. Click the Clear button to clear the latest inputs.
Controllable: If a data access rights control configuration is set to “Controllable”, it can be defined in data access control rule. Otherwise the data access rights are Write by default. You can set specific configurations to Controllable or not by checked or unchecked the checkboxes at the end of the rows. And then click the Save button to save the changes.
