Navigate Here: Workspace > My Cycle & Scenario
You can view your workspace and login information on the My Cycle & Scenario page. You can also change your own workspace or the system default workspace.
Click the Change My Workspace link to change the current workspace to a new one. The system will then go to the Change Workspace page:
Each cycles and its scenario list will be displayed in a table, and the current working cycle & scenario will be selected under the column "Is User Working Cycle". You can change the Cycle and User Working Scenario manually for your own working purpose by selecting a different scenario in the drop down list or clicking the radio button in a different line.
Click the Save button to save the changes and all views of planning data with cycle & scenario will be reset to this new setting for the current user immediately, while other users will not be affected.
Click the Reset to System Default button to reset your workspace to the system default cycle & scenario immediately. Note, your working cycle & scenario will be updated automatically every time the system default cycle & scenario changes until you change it manually next time.
Change System Default Workspace
Click the Change System Default Workspace link to change the system default workspace. The system will then go to the Change System Default Workspace page below:
Click the Save button to save the changes. Note, all users' workspaces will be updated automatically if they use the system default setting.
Click the Reset button to clear the latest input of changes.
