Navigate Here: Planning > Ranking > Browse Ranking Phases > Click a ranking phase > Projects & Evaluators tab
You can view the ranking assignment details on the Ranking Assignment Management page, including the selected projects to be ranked, the evaluators responsible for ranking those projects as well as the ranking weight of each evaluator.
A brief summary of each assignment item (generally by evaluator by project, otherwise by criteria by evaluator by project) is displayed in the table. The summary includes: Project ID, Project Name, Department, Program, Criteria (If it is a criteria-based ranking phase), Evaluator, and Weight. You may sort the records by clicking a linked column header. If there are too many records to be displayed on one page, you can use the navigation control to view subsequent pages, or you may increase the number of records per page.
You can quickly find the assignment items you want by using the search function. Enter search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button. The assignment items will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions. Click the Reset button to clear the latest input.
To modify the weight of an evaluator, enter the weight and click the Update all Weights button to save the changes (this button appears only if the ranking phase is not under evaluation for Advanced Criteria-based ranking).
To delete the assignment items, check the check boxes beside Project ID and click the Delete the Selected Record button (this button appears only if the ranking phase is not under evaluation for Advanced Criteria-based ranking).
You can make new assignments for the current ranking phase by clicking the Initiate Ranking Assignment Process icon 
in the upper-left corner of the table (this icon appears only if the ranking phase is not under evaluation for Advanced Criteria-based ranking). The system will then go to the Ranking Assignment Process page, where you can reassign for the current ranking phase.
