Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > SOV Items
You can browse all SOV Items and find a specific SOV Item on the Manage SOV Items page.
A brief summary of each SOV item displays in the table. The summary includes SOV Item ID, SOV Item Name, SOV Item Type, Fixed Asset Allocation Method, and Fixed Asset Category. You may sort the SOV items by clicking the linked column headers. If there are too many records to display on one page, you can use the navigation control to view subsequent pages.
You can quickly find the SOV items you want by using the search function. Enter search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button. The SOV items will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions. Click the Reset button to clear the search conditions.
Click the Delete icon 
to delete an SOV item.
Click the Add icon 
and the system will show the Add SOV Item page.
To add an SOV item, fill in the following fields:
The required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).
SOV Item ID*: The ID of the SOV item.
SOV Item Name*: The name of the SOV item.
SOV Item Type: The type of the SOV item.
Fixed Asset Allocation Method*: The fixed asset allocation method of the SOV item.
Fixed Asset Category*: The fixed asset category of the SOV item. This selection field will only appear if "One Category" is selected as the Fixed Asset Allocation Method.
Click the Save button to save the new SOV item.
Click the Save and Add button to save the new SOV item and add another one.
Click the Cancel button to hide the Add SOV Item section.
Edit SOV Item
Click the Edit icon 
of an SOV item and the system will show the Edit SOV Item page.
To edit an SOV item, fill in the following fields:

SOV Item ID*: The ID of the SOV item.
SOV Item Name*: The name of the SOV item.
SOV Item Type: The type of the SOV item.
Fixed Asset Allocation Method*: The fixed asset allocation method of the SOV item.
Fixed Asset Category*: The fixed asset category of the SOV item. This selection field will only appear if "One Category" is selected as the Fixed Asset Allocation Method.
Click the Save button to save the changes made to the SOV item.
Click the Cancel button to hide the Edit SOV Item section.
