Navigate Here: Planning > Filtering > Filter Projects > Click the Manually Filter Projects link > Click the Add Additional Project to This Filtering Phase link
If the current filtering phase has source filtering phase and the projects are set to Unfunded in the source filtering phase, you can include these projects into the Funded list of the current filtering phase.
A brief summary of each unfunded project from the source filtering phase displays in the table. The summary includes Project ID, Project Name, Department, Program, and Subprogram. If there are too many records to display in one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page, or you may increase the number of records per page.
You can add additional projects to the current filtering phase by selecting them and clicking the Move to Current Filtering Phase button. The system will return to the Manual Filtering Management page and the selected projects will be displayed in the Funded Projects list.
You can browse a project by clicking its Project ID link in the table. The system will open the Planning Project General page in a new window for the selected item.
You can return to the Manual Filtering Management page by clicking the Manually Filter Projects link at the bottom of the page.
