Navigate Here: Funding > Funds > Browse Funds > Select a fund from the table > Actual Revenue tab > Select the Add Fund Actual Revenue link or Funding > Funds > Fund Actual Revenue Details > Click the Add Fund Actual Revenue link
You can add a fund actual revenue item on the Add Fund Actual Revenue page.
To add a fund actual revenue item, fill in the following fields:
The required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).
Item ID*: The ID of the new record. Item ID must be unique and can be a combination of numbers and letters.
Fund*: Browse and select a fund the revenue item belongs to by clicking .
Associated Project: Browse and select a project the revenue item may associate with by clicking .
Revenue Date*: The date when the revenue is gained. Select a date by clicking the calendar control.
Amount*: The amount of the actual revenue being added.
Item Description: The description of the actual revenue being added.
Notes: Any additional description of the actual revenue being added.
Click the Save button to save the new fund actual revenue item and the system will go to the Fund Actual Revenue Details page.
Click the Save & Add button to save the new fund actual revenue item and add another new item.
Click the Reset button to clear any input into the form. |
