Edit Fund Actual Revenue

Navigate Here: Funding > Funds > Browse Funds > Select a fund from the table > Actual Revenue tab > Select a  Fund Actual Revenue or

Funding > Funds > Fund Actual Revenue Details > Select an item

 

You can edit a fund actual revenue item on the Fund Actual Revenue Management page.

To edit a fund actual revenue item, update any of the following fields:

 

The required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).

 

Fund Actual Revenue Item ID*: The ID of the new record. Item ID must be unique and can be a combination of numbers and letters.

 

Fund*: Browse and select a fund the revenue item belongs to by clicking Magnifier.

 

Project: Browse and select a project the revenue item may associate with by clicking Magnifier.

 

Revenue Date*: The date when the revenue is gained.  Select a date by clicking the calendar control.

 

Amount*: The amount of the actual revenue being added.

 

Description: The description of the actual revenue.

 

Notes: Any additional description of the actual revenue.

 

Click the Save button to save any changes and the system will go to the Fund Actual Revenue Details page.

 

Click the Delete button to delete the current fund actual revenue item and the system will go to the Fund Actual Revenue Details page.

 

Click the Reset button to clear the latest input.
