Navigate Here: Funding > Funds > Browse Funds > Select a fund from the table > Click the Revenue Forecast in Excel History link
The Fund Financial tab page shows the special fund financial detail of fund related implementation projects.
You may select a project and click Search to view fund financial information of this specific project. Checking the checkbox of “Show De-augmentation Only”, the system will automatically filter and list the projects which have de-augmentation amount in the table.
The table consists of these data columns:
Project: The project associated with a fund actual revenue. The None Project Specific field in this column indicates the fund actual revenue amounts that are not associated with any projects.
UTD Revenue: Update-to-date total fund actual revenue against this associated project. You may click the icon 
to expand the table which shows the fund actual revenue amounts by year.
UTD Budget: Update-to-date total budget amount for each project from this fund. You may click the icon to expand the table which shows the budget amounts by year.
UTD Pending Balance: Up-to-date pending expense that has not been actually paid out of each project from this fund. This amount is calculated by the total approved Pending Expense Amount minus the total approved Partial Payment Amount of this pending expense.
UTD Encumbrance Balance: Up-to-date encumbrance expense that has not been actually paid out of each project from this fund. This amount is calculated by the total approved Encumbrance Expense Amount minus the total approved Partial Payment Amount of this encumbrance expense.
UTD Actual: The sum of the approved Actual Expenses and total approved partial payments of the Encumbrance and Pending expenses
De-augmentation: When a project is closed with remaining budget, the budget will be returned to this fund so the budget will be equal to the expenses. In this way, Budget Remaining will be "zero" and De-augmentation will be the amount of the original Budget Remaining but the number is negative.
Clicking the revenue amount will go to Browse Fund Actual Revenue page.
