Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Intents; and click the Add icon
You can add an intent on the Add Intent page.
To add an intent, fill in the following fields:
The required fields are notice with an asterisk (*).
Intent ID*: The ID of the intent and it must be unique.
Intent Name*: The name of the intent and it must be unique.
Click the Save button to add the new intent. The system will then go to the Browse Intents page.
Click the Reset button to clear the latest inputs.
