Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Intents
You can browse all the intents on the Browse Intents page.
Click the Intent ID, Intent Name, or Edit icon 
of an intent and the system will open the Intent Management page for the selected item.
Click the Delete icon 
to delete an intent.
Click the Add icon 
and the system will go to the Add Intent page.
