Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Intents; and click an intent
You can view, edit, or delete an intent on the Update Intent page.
Click the Save button to save the changes. The system will then go to the Browse Intents page.
Click the Delete button to delete the intent. The system will then go to the Browse Intents page.
Click the Cancel button to discard latest changes. The system will then go to the Browse Intents page.
