Add Issue Status

Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Issue Status; and click the Add  icon

 

You can add an issue status on the Add Issue Status page.

 

AddIssueStatus

 

To add an issue status, fill in the following fields:

 

The required fields noted with an asterisk (*).

 

Issues Status ID*: The ID of the issues status and it must be unique.

 

Issue Status Name*: The name of the issue status and it must be unique.

 

Status Light*: Select from three options: Red, Yellow, or Green.  You can view the dashboard on the Browse Issuespage.

 

Description: Description of the issue status.

 

Click the Save button to add the new issue status.  The system will then open the Browse Issue Statuses page.

 

Click the Save & Add button to add the new issue status and then add another issue status.  The system will then go to a new Add Issue Status page.

 

Click the Reset button to clear the latest inputs.
