Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Issue Statuses; and click on an issue status
You can view, edit, or delete an issue status on the Issue Status Management page.
Click the Save button to save the changes.
Click the Delete button to delete the issue status. An issue status cannot be deleted if it is in use.
Click the Cancel button to discard the latest changes. The system will go to the Browse Issue Statuses page.
