Navigate Here: Utilities > Dropdown List Management > Issue Statuses
You can browse all the issue statuses on the Browse Issue Statuses page.
Click the Issue Status ID, Issue Status Name, or the Edit icon 
of one of the records and the system will open the Issue Status Management page for the selected item.
Click the Delete icon 
to delete an issue status.
Click the Add icon 
and the system will go to the Add Issue Status page.
