Navigate Here: Utilities > Workflow > Manage Workflow Types; click the Add icon
You can add a workflow process type on the Add Workflow Process Type page.
To add a workflow process type, fill in the following fields:
The required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).
Entity*: Select the entity the process type is related to by clicking on the magnifier icon
. As soon as an entity is selected, two options will be loaded below.
review objects of the selected entity itself: It is checked by default. If this option is checked, it means the workflow process type is created for reviewing objects of the selected entity.
review objects of the selected entity's child entity: If this option is checked, it means the workflow process type is created for reviewing objects of the selected entity's child entity through reviewing objects of the selected entity.
Child Entity*: This required field is visible only when the second option above is checked. Select a child entity from the dropdown list which has a many-to-one or many-to-many relationship with the selected entity that also supports workflow. For example, we can create a process type to batch review projects included in a composite project by simply reviewing the composite project, in which Package (Composite Project) is the Entity while Project is the Child Entity.
Process Type Name*: The name of the process type.
Description: The description for the process type.
Click the Save button to save the new workflow process type.
Click the Cancel button to return to the Browse Workflow Process Types page.
