Navigate Here: Utilities > Workflow > Manage Workflow Types
You can browse all of the existing workflow processes on the Workflow Process Management page.
A brief summary of each process is displayed in the table. The summary includes Entity, Process Type Name, Is Active, and Is Default. You may sort the records by clicking the linked column header. If there are too many records to be displayed in one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page, or you may increase the number of records per page.
You can quickly find the processes you want by using the search function. Enter search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button. The records will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions. Click the Reset button to clear the latest input.
Click the Add icon on the top left corner of the table to add a new workflow process type and the system will go to the Add Workflow Process Type page.
Click the Process Type Name link to edit the general information for the workflow process type and the system will go to the Edit Workflow Process Type page.
You can set whether a workflow process type is active by selecting the corresponding check box in the Is Active column. Only the active workflow process can be triggered for running. Note: the Is Active check box is enabled only when the workflow process has been defined and deployed.
You can set the default workflow process type for an entity by clicking the link "Set as Default" in the Is Default column (if the entity contains multiple process types). The first Active process type of an entity will automatically be set as default. The corresponding link in the Is Default column will be disabled and set to "True". Other active process types of the entity will have the enabled links "Set as Default", but Inactive process types will show the disabled link "False".
Note: the default process type of an entity will automatically be selected for the 'Select a workflow" dropdown list on the corresponding entity page.
Click the Define link, you will be taken to the Workflow Process Definition page to design the workflow process. |
