Currencies

Originally, CIPAce system supported one single currency only, and all monetary data were stored and displayed in the currency US Dollar. Starting from the version 6.30 of CIPAce, some financial modules support multiple currencies. These modules are project financial scoping, budget and expense.

With the multi-currency support, you can manage (add, remove) currencies used by your organization, manage (add, edit, delete, import, export) actual exchange rates used for converting actual financial data (budget, expense) in CIPAce, and manage (add, copy, edit, delete, import, export) projected exchange rate sets used for converting projected financial data (scoping, budget request) in CIPAce.
