Navigate Here: Funding > Fund Groups > Browse Groups > Click a fund group
You can view and modify the fund group's general information on the Fund Group General tab page.
There are two sections on this page. The first section is the basic information of the fund group, and the second section lists all funds that are under the fund group.
To edit the basic information, update any of the following fields:
The required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).
Fund Group ID*: The ID of the fund group. Fund Group ID must be unique and can be a combination of numbers and letters.
Fund Group Name*: The name of the fund group. Fund Group Name must be unique.
Sort Order: Click 
to sort the order of the fund group.
Description: The description of the fund group.
Notes: Any additional notes needed on this fund group.
Click the Save button to save the changes and the system will go to the Browse Groups page.
Click the Reset button to clear the latest input.
Click the Delete button to delete the fund group. A fund group cannot be deleted if it contains at least one fund.
Associated Funds
A brief summary of each fund is displayed in the table. The summary includes: Fund ID, Fund Name, and Description. You may sort the records by clicking the column headers. If there are too many records to display in one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page, or you may increase the number of records per page.
You can add a new fund to the fund group by clicking the Add icon 
at the upper left corner of the table. The system will then go to the Add Fund page.
You can edit a fund by clicking the Fund ID/Fund Name link or clicking the Edit icon 
at the end of the row. The system will then go to the Fund Management page of the selected fund.
You can delete a fund by clicking the Delete icon 
at the end of the row. A fund cannot be deleted if it has become a fund source of at least one project.
