Navigate Here: Planning > Filtering > Browse Filtering Phases > Click a filtering phase
You can view and modify a filtering phase on the Filtering Phase Management page.
To update the filtering phase, fill in the following fields:
The required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).
Filtering Phase ID: System auto-generated sequence number. It is read only.
Filtering Phase Name*: The name of the filtering phase.
Source Filtering Phase: The name of the source filtering phase. It is read only.
Working Filtering Phase: Check this checkbox if you want to set this filtering phase as a working filtering phase. The working filtering phase will be the default option in the Ranking Phase dropdown list system wide. Since there can be only one working filtering phase, it will replace the current working filtering phase.
Click the Save button to save the changes and the system will go to the Browse Filtering Phases page.
Click the Delete button to delete the filtering phase. The working filtering phase cannot be deleted.
Click the Reset button to clear the latest input.
Click the Filtering Process link to initialize the filtering process. The system will go to the Project Filtering Process page.
