Manage Project Budget Amendment Requests

Navigate Here: Projects > Browse Implementation Projects; select a Project > Click the Budget Amendment Requests tab

 

You can browse and manage the Budget Amendment Requests (BAR) associated with the current implementation project on the Budget Amendment Requests tab page.

A brief summary of each BAR is displayed in the table.  The summary includes BAR Number, Department, Approved Date, Effective Date and Status.  The records are sorted by BAR Number by default but you can also sort them by clicking the linked column headers.  If there are too many records to display on one page, you can use the navigation control to view the other pages.

 

You can quickly find the BARs you want by using the search function.  Enter the search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button.  The BARs will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions.  Click the Reset button to clear the latest inputs.

 

Click the Add icon Add in the top left corner of the table to add a new BAR and the system will go to the Add Budget Amendment Request page.

 

Click the icon Edit in the Edit column and the system will direct into the Budget Amendment Request Management page for the selected BAR.

 

Click the Delete icon Delete at the end of a row to delete a BAR. Note, only BARs with the status not equal to Approved are allowed to be deleted.
