You can view project expense search results on the Search Project Expense Result page.
You can quickly find the project expense information you want by using the search function. Enter search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button. The project expenses will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions. Click the Reset button to clear the latest input of changes.
The data grid table lists all the project expense records that match the search conditions. A brief summary of each project expense record displays in the table. You may sort the project expense record by clicking the column header. If there are too many records to display in one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page. Also, you may increase the number of records per page.
Total Expense Amount: The total amount of all expense records (including encumbrance expenses, encumbrance expense offsets, pending expenses, pending expense offsets and actual expenses). It is calculated in the Default Organization Currency.
Total Balance: The total balance of all expense records (only encumbrance and pending expenses have balances). It is calculated in the Default Organization Currency.
Click the Edit icon , and the system will open the Modify Project Expense page of the selected expense item.
Click the Add Expense icon and the system will open the Add Project Expense page in the active window.
