Navigate Here: Utilities > Templates > Dynamic Document Templates > select a record
You can update the basic information of a dynamic document template on this screen.
To update a dynamic document template, fill in the following fields:
The required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).
Entity Name*: The entity in which the dynamic document template will be associated with. When updating a template, it cannot be edited.
Template Name*: The name for the template. It must be unique.
Description: The description of the template.
Is Default: Select this checkbox if you want to set this template as the default template for the selected entity. Only one template within the same entity can be set as the default template.
Click the Save button to save the changes and return to the Browse Dynamic Document Templates screen.
Click the Delete button to delete the template and the system will then go to the Browse Dynamic Document Templates screen.
Click the Cancel button to go to the Browse Dynamic Document Templates screen without saving.
