Basic Setup

The system configuration is the responsibility of the system administrator or any users authorized by the system administrator. The administrator is responsible for configuring the system. This includes tasks such as creating the cycles and scenarios, adding users to the system, and populating dropdown lists with contents, etc.

All system users should review and understand the functionality of adding a cycle and a scenario. It is the first configuration that needs to be completed after logging into the application for the first time.
