The inspection reports is to ensure that all onsite and offsite improvements have been acceptably completed according to the contract provisions agreed upon by owner and contractor. Inspection Report is the basis for monitoring the Contractor's performance which would be supporting documents as a part of the payment request submitted by the Contractor.
