You can add or edit related information of the current Bulletin. Each subsection is collapsible. You can collapse or expand the contents of the subsection by clicking or beside the section title. By default, all subsections are expanded.
Issued By
Issued By is the person(s) issuing the Bulletin. It ties to system Resources.
A brief summary of each Issued By resource displays in the table. The summary includes Resource ID, Resource Name, Resource Type, Department, Associated User ID, Vendor Name, and Status (these columns in the data grid can be configured by Dynamic View). You may sort the records by clicking a linked column header.
You can view the detailed information of a resource by clicking . The system will open the Resource Management page of the resource in a new window.
You can associate resource(s) as Issued By with the current Bulletin by clicking . The system will pop up a window for selecting resource(s), listing all filtered Active, Labor type resources of the Designer in the system except those that are already associated with the current RFI as Submitted By.
You can disassociate resource(s) as Issued By from the current Bulletin by checking the checkbox and clicking .
Projects
The project(s) associated with the current Bulletin display in the table. A brief summary of each related project includes Project ID, Project Name, Department, and Program (these columns in the data grid can be configured by Dynamic View). You may sort the records by clicking the linked column header.
You can view the detailed information of a project by clicking . The system will open the Project Management page of the project in a new window.
You can associate project(s) with the current Bulletin by clicking . The system will pop up a window for selecting project(s), listing all non-closeout projects in the system except those that are already associated with the current Bulletin.
You can disassociate project(s) with the current Bulletin by checking the checkbox and clicking . The Primary Project cannot be disassociated.
Contracts
The contract(s) associated with the current Bulletin display in the table. A brief summary of each related contract includes Contract ID, Contract Name, Type, Contract Status, Signed Date, and Prime Contractor (these columns in the data grid can be configured by Dynamic View). You may sort the records by clicking the linked column header.
You can view the detailed information of a contract by clicking . The system will open the Contract Management page of the contract in a new window.
You can associate contract(s) with the current Bulletin by clicking . The system will pop up a window for selecting contract(s), listing all non-closed contracts in the system except those that are already associated with the current Bulletin.
You can disassociate contract(s) with the current Bulletin by checking the checkbox and clicking . The Primary Contract cannot be disassociated.
RFIs
The RFI(s) associated with the current Bulletin display in the table. A brief summary of each related RFI includes Category, RFI ID, RFI Title, Date Reported, Deadline, Date Resolved, and Status (these columns in the data grid can be configured by Dynamic View). You may sort the records by clicking the linked column header.
You can view the detailed information of a RFI by clicking . The system will open the Update RFI page in a new window.
You can associate RFI(s) with the current Bulletin by clicking . The system will pop up a window for selecting RFI(s), listing all RFIs in the system except those that are already associated with the current Bulletin. If you add a Bulletin via the Edit RFI entrance, the RFI will be associated with the Bulletin being added and you can view this related information after the Bulletin is saved successfully.
You can disassociate RFI(s) with the current Bulletin by checking the checkbox and clicking .
DSIs
The DSI(s) associated with the current Bulletin display in the table. A brief summary of each related DSI includes DSI No., Subject and Issuance Date (these columns in the data grid can be configured by Dynamic View). You may sort the records by clicking the linked column header.
You can view the detailed information of a DSI by clicking . The system will open the Update DSI page of the DSI in a new window.
You can associate DSI(s) with the current Bulletin by clicking . The system will pop up a window for selecting DSI(s), listing all DSIs in the system except those that are already associated with the current Bulletin.
You can disassociate DSI(s) with the current Bulletin by checking the checkbox and clicking .
Documents
A brief summary of each associated document displays in the table. The summary includes Document ID, Document Name, Created By, Last Modified Time, Is Checked Out, Is Linked Document, Mark Up and Download. You can sort the files by clicking the linked column headers. If there are too many records to display on one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page, or you may increase the number of records per page.
You can add an external document to the current bulletin by clicking icon. The system will go to the Add Document page. Note that all new added documents by this method are non-linked documents(physical documents).
You can delete multiple documents in batch by clicking the Batch Delete icon at the upper left corner of the table. Note: Deleting linked document will delete the document shortcut from current entity record while the document and its attachment will be kept intact. They are still visible in Browse Documents page. But deleting actual document will delete the document and its attachment from the system.
You can download documents in batch into the local path by clicking the Batch Download icon at the upper left corner of the table.
You can redline the document by clicking the Markup icon , the system will then direct you to the Online Document Markup page in a new page.
You can create document(s) to the current bulletin via copying from existing document(s) by clicking the Batch Copy Documents In icon. Create Documents by Copying from Existing Documents page will pop up as below.
You can find the documents you want by specifying the search conditions and pressing the Search button.
Select the documents to be copied and click the Save button. New documents will be created for the current bulletin.
You can batch copy documents of the current bulletin to another business entity record (as new documents) by selecting the specific documents and then clicking the Batch Copy Documents Out icon . The system will lead to the page below. Fill in the required information and click the OK button.
You can create linked documents from existing documents in CIPAce to the current bulletin by clicking the Create Linked Documents In icon at the upper left corner of the table. When clicking the Create Linked Documents In iconPage as below will pop up. Select documents in the table and click the Create Linked Documents Out icon, the documents will be successfully associated to the current bulletin.
You can create linked documents to another entity record by clicking the Create Linked Documents Out icon at the upper left corner of the table.The system will lead to the page below. Fill in the required information and click the OK button. System will go back to Edit bulletin page and the linked documents will successfully created to the root folder of the target entity records.
