Manage Invoice Retainage

When an invoice is paid, partial payments are generated.  These partial payments are associated with the invoice and the PO line item.  Each has a Payment Requisition Number.  Some of these partial payments are Retainages.  When contract reaches a certain stage (e.g. substantial completion), you can withdraw a certain amount of retainage from the Retainage Account and pay it to the vendor.
