Manage Project Meeting Minutes

         Navigate Here: Projects > Browse Implementation Projects; select a Project > Click the Meeting Minutes tab

You can browse and manage the meeting minutes associated with the current implementation project on the Meeting Minutes tab.

Project Management_Meeting Minutes
 

A brief summary of each meeting minutes displays in the table. The summary includes Meeting No., Subject, Location, Start Time, Finish Time, and Status. If there are too many records to display on one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page, or you may increase the number of records per page.

 

You can quickly find the meeting minutes you want by using the search function. Enter search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button. The meeting minutes will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search
conditions. Click the Reset button to clear the latest input.

 

You can add a new meeting minutes by clicking the Add icon Add at the upper left corner of the table and then the system will go to the Add Meeting Minutes page.

 

You can click Edit button and then system will to the Edit Meeting Minutes General page.
