Navigate Here: Resource > Resources > Browse Resources > select a resource > Timesheets tab
You can browse all of the timesheets of the selected resource on the Resource Timesheets tab page.
A brief summary of each timesheet displays in the table. The summary includes Project, Task, Resource, Start Date, End Date, Std. Hours, OT Hours and % Completed. You may sort the records by clicking the column header. If there are too many records to display in one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page, or you may increase the number of records per page.
You can quickly find the timesheets you want by using the search function. Enter search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button. The timesheet records in the system will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions. Click the Reset button to cancel the latest inputs.
You can edit a timesheet record by clicking at the end of the row. The system will then go to the Timesheet Management page for the selected item.
You can delete a timesheet record by clicking at the end of the row.
You can add a new timesheet record by clicking on the top left corner of the table. The system will then go to the Add Timesheet page.
You can also enter timesheets in batch by clicking on the top left corner of the table. The system will then go to the Enter Batch Timesheets page. |
