Navigate Here: Funding > Funds > Browse Funds
You can browse all funds and search for a specific fund on the Browse Funds page.
A brief summary of each fund displays in the table. The summary includes Fund ID, Fund Name, and Fund Group. You may sort the records by clicking a linked column header. If there are too many records to display in one page, you can use the navigation control to view another page, or you may increase the number of records per page.
You can quickly find the funds you want by using the search function. Enter search conditions in the search fields and click the Search button. The funds will be filtered and the table will show the records that match the search conditions. Click the Reset button to clear the latest input. You can add a new fund by clicking the Add icon
You can edit a fund by clicking the Fund ID/Fund Name link or clicking the Edit icon
You can delete a fund by clicking the Delete icon
You can select any fund in the current page by selecting the checkbox beside Fund ID, or select all funds in the current page by selecting the checkbox in the column header. Also, you can select all found funds by checking the checkbox Select All Found Records. After you select one or more funds, you can do the following operations:
You can import the fund data from an Excel file by clicking the Import Data icon
Click the Export Data icon
Note: To export entity data, you need to add an entity data template first. You can add an entity data template on the Add Excel Data Template page.
Click the Import Data from Historical Plan icon
Click the Adjust Fund Estimate button to view and adjust fund revenue estimates. The system will then go to the Fund Estimates Adjustment page.
