CIPAceTM HelpRanking Phase |
Top Previous Next |
Ranking refers to the process of certain evaluators deciding the relevant importance among related projects. It is a collaborative process. The prerequisite of the ranking process is to set up a ranking phase, apply a ranking standard and a ranking template to it, and assign projects and evaluators to it. Some organizations use multiple ranking criteria to conduct multiple ranking rounds (phases) to decide the ranking scores of projects. Different ranking phases can include different projects, evaluators, and apply different ranking standards.
