If the number of data columns currently exceeds 255 with a combination of Attributes, Cost Scoping Base Period, and Cost Estimate Methodology, then the scoping grid will be loaded incorrectly.

The total number of data columns vary with different settings on Modify Financial Scoping Template.

The total number of data columns = the number of Attributes + A  × B

If the Cost Scoping Base Period is specified by all year, A = the number of cycle years × C

If the Cost Scoping Base Period is specified by sections, A = the sum of the number of years × C of each section

The Cost Scoping Base Periods are:

Year, C = 1

Haft Year, C = 2

Quarter, C = 4

Month, C =12

The Estimate Methodologies are:

Unit Price * Quantity, B=3

Amount, B =1

The attributes assigned in the Financial Scoping Template will be displayed as column headers in the table. Project Cost is summarized by Previous Cost, Current Cost with all fiscal years in the current working cycle, Future Cost, and Total. For each row, select a node from the selected attributes, and enter the estimated cost, and the Total column will be updated automatically (excluding future cost) as the breakdown for the specific attributes composition. The Total row at the bottom of the table, it will sum up the above numbers in the same column.

- Click the link under master project name to enter into its project General tab.

- Click the link under each sub project (except the current one) to enter into its Scope Online page.

Note: The Financial Estimate Summary table will utilize the longest scoping length by Year among all applicable projects, while financial scoping on a project basis will still utilize the scoping length defined in the corresponding Financial Scoping Template. When the scoping length of an applicable project is shorter than that of the Financial Estimate Summary table, the scoping fields of additional periods will display as "0". When the current project utilized a new longest scoping length by changing the Scoping Template, the Financial Estimate Summary table will also be updated. Click on the Save Interim Result button of the current project under the new template, the scoping length of the Financial Estimate Summary table will be updated to the new longest scoping length among all applicable projects.

If any attribute node set as Non-monetary mode in Financial Scoping Template, you may experience the difference on this page (as shown below). The difference includes:

On the Unit Price * Quantity scoping methodology, the Volume and Price column will display "N/A" and not allow for input value.

The Total amount will not be updated until you click the Save button as the system will process the total amount calculation separately according to the customized calculation logic which defined under Non-monetary value mode.

The Set Budget button is hidden when you return to Project Scoping Financial Tab.
