With Dynamic Documents, administrators can create a template for a specific business entity in CIPAce, edit the template in Microsoft Word 2013 by utilizing CIPAce Metadata, and then upload the completed template to CIPAce. After that, other users can click the Print button to generate the standard form based on the predefined template from the corresponding page of the business entity.
Supported entities include: Implementation Project, Contract, Bulletin, DSI, Invoice, Invoice DBE, Invoice DBE Review, Issue, RFI, Project Expense, Proposal, Purchase Order, Ranking Phase, Resource, Risk, Task, Task Comment, Vendor, etc.
